Yesterday we took a drive towards the mountains and got ourselves lost. It was such a nice drive, even though we almost face planted some big trucks a couple times on one lane, two way streets. It was rainy and foggy out, and the leaves were changing colors and falling so it felt very much like home, except the giant mountains.. haha.
It was a wonderful drive, and we found a couple hiking trail heads that we'll be exploring soon. It's 64 out today, and it'd be a perfect day for hiking, but we don't have any gear with us, and we have a birthday party to go to, along with a lot of homework! So next time!
